Ten MMA teams from eight different countries competed against each other in a series of tournaments held around the world over the last year; the TV series shows how it all went down. Friday’s episode showcases the battle between Team France and Team Russia (Red Devil).

Sunday’s TNA Wrestling pay-per-view show featured a “special mixed martial arts match” between Frank Trigg and A.J. Styles. Trigg, as you’ll see, played the heel, telling the Canadian fans that their country and sports teams suck. It’s truly sad what passes for entertainment these days. But Styles nearly pulls off a wicked “FLYING ARMBAR! FLYING ARMBAR!” and there’s a decent payoff at the end as he beats the living hell out of Trigg with a kendo stick.
