Speaking of #117, the event will reportedly host the welterweight rematch between Thiago Alves and Jon Fitch, which was originally scheduled for UFC 115 in June, but has been pushed back to give Alves more time to recover from brain surgery.

Tisk tisk... Buffer said he might opt for the switch of the feet and twist at the waist to eliminate the chance of having the mic cord wrap around his legs, tripping him. Originally, he said he loved his fans so much that he was determined to work out a workable method for the 360 and practice it for until he executed the Buffer 360 at UFC 100. He went through with it, but the UFC didn`t broadcast it.

You see, it`s easy to bash the guy with cheap shots. But for those of us who think a bit deeper, we cherish that extra effort put in by a guy who has a relatively small role, it makes all the difference.
Sonnen rushes in, eats a knee, Silva via pulls guard, transitions to triangle choke, Sonnen loses via loss of consciousness @ 1:45 of round 1.
He says he'll come after Silva, but there's a high probability he'll be
reminded why he jumped MMA into politics.
