All I can think when I watch this video of one of Wanderlei Silva‘s insane recent workouts is man, Rampage is going to get smashed. I tried covering my nose up with masking tape the other day and gassed out going up the stairs. It’s inspiring what Silva can do, is all I’m saying. Compare that to the clip below, where Dana White, BJ Penn, and Sean Sherk show up on the set of NBC’s new series Momma’s Boys. (Basic premise of the show: A trio of dudes try to pull some tail despite their mothers’ best efforts to cockblock them. It’s executive produced by Ryan Seacrest, so you know you’ll be getting quality.) Anyway, the UFC crew puts the reality show cast through a grueling 11-minute workout. And they get to breathe through ther noses. And one dude still needs to get picked up by an ambulance. Pathetic.

Kept waiting for it to come out of Dana's mouth, can't wait to see him belittle some contestant's ashmatic fanny
"90% of the training in the vid was for the arms"
Really? Tire flips, sled pulls, treadmill, etc are designed for the arms? 90% of that video was core training.
"Vandy needs to start thinking up fame plans and tactics, instead of working up his biceps to death in hopes that one of his violent swings will not Rampage in the head"
Your expert analysis of his upper body workout aside, large biceps don't help with "violent swings", nor do they add power to straight punches for that matter.
fame = game
not = hit
happens = happen
Dude That workout does not make you a smarter fighter and it will not hone your striking skills. One hook from Rampage can end all that shit. All in all it still is a "Mean" workout , I hope the fight is good ....Cmon rampage !!!!!!
1) At least two of the women on it have been in Playboy
2) Also there is Erica Ellyson
3) She was in Penthouse
3) There's a guy on the show named Jojo Bojanowski.
4) Arianny is missing a big opportunity by not being on this show
Granted, the exact same thought wet through my mind.
It was pretty clear that at UFC 79, Liddel was not fighting the Pride FC-insane-Ax-Murderer. I'm not takin' a thing away from Liddel; he won that fight, but at the same time, Silva lost that fight.
Know-what-I-mean?
It seemed pretty clear that Silva re-dedicated himself to the sport when he came out and BRUTALIZED Jardine! In my book, Jardine is no slouch.
Also, it can't be said enough: Jardine is WOEFULLY underpaid. But, I digress...
Look, I've said it before and I'll risk saying it again because Silva does not live in close proximity to me: Silva was juicin' when he was at Pride. His match against Liddel was his first post-roids match. Silva went back to basics and learned how to win without drugs. Hence, the massacre of Jardine.
IMO, Silva's got a new bag of tricks and he's gonna lay waste to a lot of fighters in the UFC before he's through.
All that being said, Rampage most certainly has a chance of winning. The UFC version of Rampage is signifigantly upgraded from the Pride FC version. But with Rampage's recent "troubles", I'm putting his performance in the ring in doubt.
Let's not forget that Quinton wrestled Hendo for 25 minutes, and Hendo KO'd Wandy a couple years back.
I would put money on Wandy, but if Quinton dedicates himself to wrestling and big slams and stays out of his clinch he might have a chance.
