I think Chael is cleared for test therapy anyway isn't he, so it shouldn't matter.

The only thing that worries me about sonnen vs silva 2 taking place in brazil is with the UFC being the overseeing "athletic comission" will dana call out chael if his testosterone levels are a tad bit higher than normal or will he let it ride.
