I found this somewhere “Bully whippets,” as the heavyset dogs are known, turn out to have a genetic mutation that enhances muscle development … The scientists found that the same mutation that pumps up some whippets makes others among the fastest dogs on the track." This dog looks like the other "Bully whippet" (gay fuckin name) pictures I saw, so it might have been born with this mutation and it bulked up naturally.

Like above, there's no roids to that dog. It's a genetic alteration, same as that big ass Cow, if you've seen it.
