i remember that fight that ref stoppage for the cut with no same position restart was bullshit, bang gets bashed, cut and then gets rewarded for it? what ever happened to genki? i liked that guy, had some sweet moves like the backwards donkey kick off the ropes.

I wanna see David Blaine take a punch from me. I would probably break his spine because my striking is unfuckwithable. It's like getting donkey-punched by a horse with antlers. Plus to teach the dooche a lesson I would tell him I am gonna punch him in the stomach but then crack him in the teeth. I swear thats how it would happen.

He went on to win in UFC 47 via submission and won 5 more fights in a row after that in k-1 hero's. He retired in 2006 with an official record of 15-5-1... His last two fights were wins in K-1.

It would be great to see Sudo get KTFO while doing his antics in the ring/cage. KTFO just like the 12-year old "TUF GAY" gets KTFO by himself with his jobless, pathetic life.

Genki Sudo rules. He's fun and entertaining and really skilled. Haters continue to hate, that's fine but this guy is rad and a decent fellow. Personally i think it'd piss me off if someone were playing around like that in a fight but if you hate it so much counteract it.

Also I think it too simple to say 'walk up and put a choke on him when he has his back to you'. Easier said than done i'd say, Sudo is very adept at submissions.

Funny, I actually had no problem with that decision. Not sure what others are seeing.

Sudo clearly won the first round. His antics frustrated Ludwig in the standup allowing him to make some great takedowns. From there, he pretty much controlled the entire round with ground positioning and a very heavy top game. The only thing keeping it from a 10-8 was the fact that he didn't do much damage.

The second was just the opposite. Ludwig found his range and manage to start landing good strikes from the outside. He was also effective when he managed to get on top. Again, damage was the main factor of this not being a 10-8 for Ludwig.

The third is where there can be argument. The stand up was controlled by Ludwig until Sudo got another takedown. From there, he controlled most of the round. But, when Ludwig got on top, he landed what I felt were the most significant blows of the fight. I tend to put more emphasis on damage than round control so I probably would've given the round to Ludwig, like the judges did. But, honestly, I wouldn't dispute someone seeing it in favor of Sudo. It was as close of a round as you're ever see.

Why didnt Genki stay in the UFC? was it because he retired?

anybody that hasn't figured out yet that TUFguy is a paradoy has an iq significantly less than 100. i don't know how to break it to you in any softer terms. They are the reason MMA is not treated as a real sport, and anybody that replies to their stupid fucking random output of latin characters is almost as bad.

I fought TUF Guy once. He fights like a girl on meth. All he did was scratch and try and pull hair. After I hit him once he fell down crying and kept screaming "Stop..stop!" With little whimpers of "mommy" thrown in. It was pretty pathetic.

In case you guys did not notice, if it was not for the stoppage, the third round would've belonged to Genki also. After the stoppage instead of being put back in the guard position, they both were stand back up.

Ludwing knowing that he was losing went all out and got in some good blows at the end. That fight should've been a draw, if not for the stoppage it would've been the Neo Samurai's win...
