The characterization of Petruzelli having been “smoked” by two new guys is not quite correct. He came out like a house on fire against Romero, breaking his jaw if you’ll recall, and that fight easily could have been stopped in the first round on a couple of different occasions. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, and he was completely punched out going into the second. Seth reminds me of a LHW Lytle, a guy who can always be counted for a good scrap, so perhaps he’ll get another shot.

He got smoked by two new guys. Not the best way to make it through your 90-day performance-related period of probationary employment. A cursory and non-biased examination of the immediately available data does show a correlation between instant and massive failure and a ridiculously contrived display of hair-styling prowess.
