CP Exclusive: Full Video of Karo Parisyan and Ryan Ford’s MMA Live 1 Bout

(Video courtesy of YouTube/MMA Live/CagePotato)

The production company that filmed and produced the videos for last week’s MMA Live 1 event in London, Ontario, Canada are Cage Potato fans, and as such, they sent along the full video above of Thursday’s main event between Karo “The Heat” Parisyan and Ryan “The Real Deal” Ford for us to post exclusively on the site.

If you haven’t watched the fight, check it out. It’s a decent scrap that’s worth a look.

As an added bonus, check out the WWW.CAGEPOTATO.COM on the top of the cage. That’s how we roll.

Controversial? Karo didn't even know what day it was after the hit . And your telling to tell us that " the fight was stopped by the ring doc, but the time they guys stopped the bleeding , it was over " . So , they doesn't stop the bleeding in 3 minutes , and that's controversial ? And I suppose that if the ref stopped a fight by knocking out a guy by not closing his eyes are another controversial one too . Okay then . Granted , head wounds are messy as the head doesn't have that thick skin , but , if you can't stop the bleeding , in 3 minutes , that's a difference story . They did the right thing .

According to an interview he did on Wednesday with us, Ryan Ford said you could see Karo's skull from the cut and there was a disgusting amount of blood.
just some dong- May 26, 2011 at 3:20 pm
That sure was a lot of blood. It was worth watching the fight just to see Karo slip twice trying to stand up, and then all those dudes rushing out to sop it up afterward. I still don't see how there can be any controversy over a ringside doctor calling a stop to a fight, though. I know you guys like Karo, but calling the stoppage "controversial" takes away from Ford's win, as if he didn't deserve the W.

The cut itself wasn't horrific. It was the blood that was the issue.

I've seen way bigger cuts in the UFC where the fight went on.

Evan Dunham at UFC 119 comes to mind.

The doctor stopped the fight due to a horrific cut sustained by a legal strike. A disappointing outcome for Karo, sure, but certainly not controversial.

whooaaa look who's all Mr. Copyright all of a sudden. are you guys gonna fuck me harder than I've ever been fucked before if I steal your video? Cause I will tell you right now that would be a very hard thing to do.
Mike Russell- May 26, 2011 at 12:34 pm
It was "controversial" because the cut that the doctor deemed as being too bad to let the fight continue had stopped bleeding by the time they announced that they were stopping the fight.

In a previous article on CP, I thought I had read that Karo's loss had been "controversial." Where's the controversy?
Mike Russell- May 26, 2011 at 12:13 pm
We're planning on it, kellyman.

The promoter was the announcer, too? That seems a little low-rent. I love the coverage of the smaller events; I suggest you guys take your team to Mississauga on June 10.
Mike Russell- May 26, 2011 at 11:34 am
Well, if Tyson doesn't like it, we'll take down the exclusive video we were sent and find some ring girl pics to put up instead. Sorry about that.
tysonmcneely- May 26, 2011 at 11:26 am
Please ram more coverage of this fight down my throat!!!

One promotion gives you credentials and a little access and you write 10 posts/ads on it. I think I can swing you access to a bunch of teenagers fighting in their backyard, in exchange for 20 posts.

Please return to the unbiased (or biased, but not pay for play) snark I am accustomed to.

The cam vids we put up of the fight last week were embedded by about 20 different sites and got 19,000 hits a piece.
radiobaby- May 26, 2011 at 11:12 am
LOL @ that disclaimer. Could it be bigger?

How many people are actually trying to get Ryan Ford vs Karo Paryisan to put on their sites? Zero?
tmnawaz- May 26, 2011 at 10:48 am
After watching this video and camera angles...I am so much more appreciative of the UFC production team.

Holy shit! Somebody actually likes us??
Mike Russell- May 26, 2011 at 10:10 am
Actually, Karo does read the site. You'd be surprised how many fighters do.
Trouser Snake- May 26, 2011 at 10:07 am
@soultaker I highly doubt Karo is going to read this.

IMO, Karo will come into his next fight looking like a fucking mess and blame on this fight stresing him out

Karo... Great fight. You should have won. Looking forward to your next fight and hopefully the UFC will give you another opportunity when they see the old Karo is back.
