@ifyernasty: I speculated that might be the case a few weeks back right after they split.

Everyone loves Randy, but he does have a wandering eye...3 divorces now (and an admitted cheater...at least in his wrestling days). Also, Gina used to date her mentor (Kit Cope) and now Randy is her mentor. Also, Kim made a reference in her interview with Cofield like she had found out some dirt recently...

I would say it is entirely possible, if not probable.
