For one unlucky employee of MusclePharm, this Rampage vs. Jones “spygate” thing just got uncomfortably real. While doing a split-screen interview appearance for SportsCenter, the UFC light-heavyweight stars covered familiar ground about disrespect and training camp spying. But then, Quinton Jackson dropped a bombshell:
Jackson: We just found out who the spy was, and he’s terminated. He’s no longer working right now. So we found out exactly who the spy was…and it’s true, everything I said was true.
Jones: So who was the spy, Rampage? If you don’t mind answering that. Why don’t you tell the world who the spy was?
Jackson: You know who the spy was. Only reason why I won’t tell the world who it is, because the guy did work at MusclePharm and the guys at MusclePharm found him and they fired him, and I didn’t want to bring MusclePharm on top…His name is Leonard, and you know Leonard because you were sending him K-Swiss shoes and stuff and everything from your manager. He’s great friends with your manager, and you know I’m telling the truth.
Jones: I was sending him K-Swiss shoes? I have no clue who Lennox [sic] is, Rampage. You need help, buddy.
Jackson: Whatever, dude. You sound guilty, homey.
Speculation has centered on Leonard Amenta, an Executive Vice President of MusclePharm who resigned last Friday. As Jones tweeted in response, “Sucks some poor guy at musclepharm got fired over rampages paranoia.”
Quinton Jackson has been training at the MusclePharm gym in Denver for the past two months, as part of a personalized training camp that has cost over one million dollars. (Not all of that came out of his own pocket, thankfully.) Damn. I wonder how much of that was spent on high-tech surveillance equipment?
Question: Assuming a spy existed in Rampage’s training camp, do you really think that Jon Jones knew about it, or that he ordered the recon mission himself? I’m still willing to believe that this was a rogue employee who leaked info to Jones’s manager for his own motivations. What inside information could Jones possibly hope to gain here? Hell, we already know how Quinton throws that hook…

GRIN, that's right...a "honey-pot" is for countering counter-deception. Thanks for the note, I stopped following the accusations shortly after they surfaced, and I see you stayed on top of the facts.
.
They say, Time Travelers are smart, I agree.
.
You read my mind. I was thinking the same thing. Jones exhibited microexpressions of being guilty guilty guilty and very nervous. The vibrato in his voice, the unconcious twitching of his cheeck & eyebrow muscles, the leaning back & forward. This is not how he normally acts in an interview & it was all instantaneous when the name was mentioned. Unconciously he couldn't control it & it cemented my belief he's guilty as sin.

@XENOPHON
.
Joe Silva told Rampage that he got the call with the "information" from Jones' Manager directly. Which is obviously the truth because why would Joe Silva lie about that, & Jones' Manager admitted it (like he's going to even try to call Joe Silva a liar, career suicide right there).
.
Rampage used a "honey pot" technique to catch the spy (putting out a golden nugget & limiting the number of people who heard about it to only the suspect & the 100% trustworthy)
.
Clever, I never thought rampage would be some master of the spy game lol. I mean this is still the same guy who dry humps reporters and grabs peoples balls.
Then Jones can renounce his religion and I will become a fan of his just like you or me non-threatening to white folk public persona!
He just better not break out any axes or wear his baseball cap at an angle or his jeans slung low or the deal is off.
.
Was there indeed a spy, most likely there is one in every main event contenders camp. Could this Leonard be the culprit, surely. Was Leonard back channeling information about Rampage, to Jones, surely. Jones boasted long ago how he meticulously studies his opponents.
.
Yet, if any of this is true, the $1,000,000 dollar question is this, how was it that the Zuffa odds maker/fight maker - Joe Silva caught wind and called Rampage directly?

Everyone loses in MMA eventually and goddamn am I waiting for this jerkoff's number to come up.
Jackson's done. I can't believe the pain & heart ache you knuckle heads put yourselves through by ignoring the obvious.
Also, it seems weight cutting makes Rampage very, very grumpy.
