Which MMA Fighter Will Test Positive For Steroids Next?

Rampage Jackson Says His Next UFC Fight Will Be His Last, Publicly Blasts the Promotion

Former UFC light-heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has never responded well to adversity. In the wake of his second consecutive loss at UFC 144, Jackson’s famous hair-trigger was set off last night, and he went full retard on Twitter, publicly blasting his employers. Here are some highlights, which amazingly haven’t been deleted yet:

- “I will fight who ever they put n front of me,I always have, but it will b my last fight n the ufc,I have other things on my mind

- “I didn’t say I would b done fighting,I just said I’m not fighting 4 the UFC,(u fight cheap)I said I have other things on my mind (big head)

- “@VWAssassin: @Rampage4real your leaving the UFC?” Y should I stay? I don’t need them or anybody else negative dealing with my carrie

- “@DrjftGaming: @Rampage4real Will you still do MMA, or is this your last MMA fight period?” Guys learn how 2 read! MMA ok UFC no ok after

- “Sorry guys just been going threw a lot n I was trying 2 stay positive last night,n it worked,so I’m just gonna start over! U helped me!

- “I know 1 place I’m not going back 2! I’m going 2 b with my wife n kids n sin no more! Just ask 4 forgiveness! #new I’d win this 1!

- “I need help with positive energy once again,u can tell things aint right,u helped me last night! I love u all, wish I could say what’s up

Are we looking at the early stages of another post-loss crackup? That last tweet — sent at 5:40 a.m. PT — suggests that ‘Page may be dealing with some issues beyond a money dispute with the UFC. (Although really, mocking the UFC as “u fight cheap” is never a good idea, especially when you’re one of the promotion’s highest paid stars.) And “sin no more”? Oh boy. When Rampage starts to get all religious, it’s probably a good idea to stay off the roads for a while. If Jackson doesn’t fall in line quick, the UFC might not even let him have one more fight before he jumps ship.

P.S.: “Guys learn how 2 read! MMA ok UFC no ok after” is an early front-runner for insane MMA tweet of the year.

Overhyped piece of shit. Rampage has never been good. even in his prime he was demolished by wandy and shogun. to top it off he acts like a stereotypical black guy, could he have been anymore TOKEN for the japanese. the original Bob Sapp

Somebody call the Energy Drink police.

Once he leaves the UFC the big bucks'll start pouring in I'm sure. He could make literally hundreds of dollars fighting for Bellator or acting in Death Warrior 7.

@ Spitting, then obviously I wasn't referring to you paleface. I am just saying. Fans go back and forth as a whole. Sure there are outliers that don't follow the main trend of things but on the whole, people jump on and off bandwagons faster than a Rousey armbar.

@Fletch the V Stretch, Whats this everyone business paleface?
I have always despised the arrogant, illiterate, stroppy bitch.
He hasnt had a good performance in the UFC since his ko of Liddell(who has since proven to be shot at the time) and maybe against Henderson. The Dude is also incredibly unfunny and obviously stupid.
He wasn't too bad in The A Team tho, I'll give him that. Lets see him stretch that into a career.

UFC doesn't pay him enough 100 grands for what he does for them and for the fans. He really goes the extra mile. I mean, he came within pounds of making weight for his fight, he didn't sexually assault any reports or anything.. lately, he showed up and let Bader throw him around for 15 minutes giving everyone plenty of time for bathroom breaks and refreshments before the next fight.. what do they want from this guy? Give him some money wtf.

Fans sure are fickle. When he was fighting Jon Jones for the strap everyone loved him and wanted him to win in vicious fashion. Now everyone pretends like they have never liked rampage and that he has always been washed up. I realize Rampage obviously doesn't have the heart to fight anymore, but let's just leave it at that guys. 3 things to blame for rampage sucking: 1. lack of motivation 2. lack of utilizing any other form of MMA other than boxing. 3. WOLFSLAYER as his pathetic ass camp.
intercept440- March 6, 2012 at 9:23 am
i heard rampage just bought a new great big ass truck with his face on it...and he was mumbling something about another freeway drive....

I feel Rampage possibly surrounds himself with "Yes men" and what he really needs is a true friend and somewhat who he respects to call him on a lot of his bull shit. I agree, after the last fight, that he should hang it up. He didn't look motivated at all. He is too focused on other shit (rapping-GTFOOH) and not fighting. Do i think he still has some good years in his body, absolutely but unless he get his mental game together he is going end up look like even more of a joke. HOWEVER, we all know there is a possibility that there is some behind the scene shady shit that could be going on with DW and Zuffa.

Can't deny I loved Page back in Pride and his early UFC fights....but dude hasn't shown up for a fight in a couple of years...he's been collecting pay checks for a while now, and he probably will for a while to come...used to be a badass though
ThePeoplesTroll- March 6, 2012 at 8:55 am
rampage is the man. DW is the rat here

Never been a big fan of the guy!And I never been fan of the fighter since he entered the UFC either...

I have a good sense of humor, but when I see him motor-boating a reporter while her BF is filming...#CLASSLESS

Fair play, he's married one tolerant girl.
The12ozCurls- March 6, 2012 at 8:20 am
What's new? Typical Rampage - he's got an excuse for everything.
Seraldo Babalu- March 6, 2012 at 7:38 am
his spelling skills match that of his fighting
danomite- March 6, 2012 at 7:36 am
I'm guessing he got in big trouble with the UFC after he let it slip that the UFC suggested he get on the Testosterone Therapy.
GilaMonsta216- March 6, 2012 at 7:34 am
Rampage for 3 years now has mastered the art of evading any kind of action in the cage and carefully maneuvering to a decision in all of his fights. He puts no effort into his wrestling, but rather hangs back to conserve energy, knowing that he cannot aggresssively engage anyone because he'll gas out. What was once a dominant mma pioneer for America in Japan is nothing more than the same rambling southern black man on the mircrophone.

Give it up Rampage, in your complete domination loss to Ryan Bader, who truly is one step below "gatekeeper" status, you were ultimately exposed.

You're old, you're too slow to hit anybody, and you're too lazy to shoot a double.

Thanks for the memories big guy, enjoy that nice house with the pool and Rampage written all over every 5 square feet.

Yeah, he's had his time in the spotlight, but GOD forbid that he should go out gracefully.
